The appliance components must meet strict durability requirements, and the service time of the components is generally ten years or more. More and more designers and manufacturers prefer to use thermoset composites (BMC and SMC) because other materials are more expensive, while thermoset materials are relatively much cheaper.
Thermoset materials I .e. BMC and SMC Thermoset materials are completely dominant when compared to other materials such as metals and other plastics on the market. Because the price of thermosetting materials is not expensive but the performance is first-class. In addition to having excellent structural and electrical properties, thermoset composites are one of the few unpainted plastics that are corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant, and form-stable. In addition, in the case of high temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit, thermosetting composite materials can still maintain the original color.
